- Add paprika and saute for 1 minute on a low flame. Once the paprika is cooked, add the chopped tomatoes and cokked for 2 minutes, add the blended tomato and cover cook until the tomotoes are well cooked. Add salt to taste.
- Crack open the eggs into the pan and leave them to be cooked on slow flame, cook on slow flame until the eggs are cooked.
- Serve with bread, chappati or desired bread.
