- 2 large shallots, diced
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

- Place pan on sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Then reduce to 325F and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out without egg mixture.


- Let cool, then slice and serve.
