    Add 1 tsp each turmeric, red chilli,coriander powder and salt

    Add 1 tbsp thick curd Stir again
    Now add all boiled eggs(after peeling), so that eggs becomes nicely coated with masala
    Keep a side in a plate
  2. For matar masala
    In a pressure cooker heat ghee and add cumin seeds.
    Add asafoetida
    Now add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilles
  3. Add onions and bhuno till translucent
    Add tomato if using
    Keep stirring
    Now add all the masalas and stir
    Now add the fresh peas so that it mix with all the masalas.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water just enough to help in steaming
    Close the lid and give one whistle only
    Switch off the gas and let the pressure release
  5. Stir a little and add garam masala

    Arrange matar in the middle of the dish you want to serve it and place masala eggs around it
