- 50 gr Sugar
- 4 gr Salt
- 4 gr Yeast
- 2 Eggs + Milk = 200 gr
- 30 gr Unsalted butter
- // Chocolate custard:
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 30 gr Sugar
- 10 gr Cake flour (low protein flour)
- 170 gr Milk
- 50 gr Chocolate

- First put all the flours (high-gluten flour + low-gluten flour + sugar + salt + yeast) into a large bowl and mix well.
Prepare eggs and milk.
