- Mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, sesame oil, powdered walnut and flour in a mixing bowl or food processor. Add vanilla, nutmeg and butter and mix.



- Now put the dough on work surface. Divide it into ten equal parts. Roll out each part with a rolling pin, until it reaches 12 cm diameter. Place one in your half-closed fist to create a hollow shape.

- Brush the cookies with the beaten egg. Sprinkle Sorrell and make a few holes on each cookie with the tip of a knife or with fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for half an hour (or until golden brown).
