- 1 Bitter melon
- 150 gr Pork
- 200 gr Tofu
- 2 Eggs
- Katsuobushi (bonito)
- 1 tbs Sesame oil
- Flour
- Salt & pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 tbs Japanese sake
- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tbs Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Hondashi (dashi powder)

- Preparation:
●Wash and slice the Bitter Melon. Don't forget to remove the middle seed. The thinner you cut, the less bitter it tastes!
Add 1 tablespoon of salt, gently rub the Bitter Melon,
Add a little water and let it wait for at least 10 minutes. Then wash and drain the water.
- ●Add salt and pepper to the pork, and then add flour. well mixed.
●Prepare tofu. Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute (600 watts) and drain the water.
