  13. 1 pinch garam masala powder

Steps to make Egg korma

  1. In a nonstick pan add oil and as it heats up add the sugar for the colour, garam masala powder and the onion cashew almond (grind them together to get a smooth paste). Stir it for 30 seconds. Add the ginger garlic paste and sautΓ© it well.
  2. Add the yoghurt beaten mixed with red chilli powder and cook well till oil leaves sides. Add salt and cook till the raw smell of the masalas go away. Add the boiled eggs and let it cook in simmer mode for a minute.
  3. After it is cooked well add the beresta(fried onions) and serve hot!
