- Prepare the pie crust: mix first flour, cheese and soft soft butter together. Add cold water. Spread the crust evenly on a baking tray / plate.
Bake pie crust for about 10 minutes 180C/350F. - Prepare the filling. Fry leak, scallion and dill on a pan. Mix together the egg, yogurt, smoked salmon and cream cheese. Leave a tiny bit of salmon for decoration. Mix everything together on the pan.

- Add the filling on top of the pre baked crust. Roll pieces of smoked salmon into little "roses" on top as a decoration. Add mozzarella.
Bake in the oven for another 30-40 minutes 180C/350F. C
