- Flatten the dough, sprinkle with cocoa powder, roll up, cut into 6 pieces



- Steam for 12 minutes with high heat, set aside to cool, you can keep it for next cooking



- Fry bao till golden, mine its getting browned because of cocoa powder :( drain and serve
